Cannot Connect to External IP

okay so i got my web server working , i can connect to localhost, 127.0.0.1 etc. but i cannot connect to my external ip: example: 77.34.123.246 .. does anyone know how to fix this or get it working so that i can connect to my server and others can connect as well. thank you very much help appreciated <3

the port is opened, and i had some other people look at it, i think its a router problem so i think i need a vps or something because it wont work

okay, you not use a vps, but ur pc... XD not is a server lol
