best Shaiya Server files and Web?

I am new in Shaiya.
I plan to make a private server, is anyone can give me a advise what is the best server files and web? (english only)

If your just starting use the search button located at the top and i would recomend a shaiya ep 4.5 server to start with since it has the least ammount of bugs as i have see your going to need hxd Shstudio or if you wanna do it the old way use Python and edit everything via csv
