[REQUEST]Shaiya Customization Scripts

Nowadays, I see that people keep sharing scripts and information about complete customization of the game.
So, I'd love to be given a hand with the following scripts:

The good side of the things is that there are many developers having this information under hand, the bad news is that most of them want insane amounts of money in return. Most of the people don't really have the means to throw that much money on it, they just cannot afford it all.
So, we'd be grateful to be given a hand by anyone who has any of the scripts put in the spoiler, in order to help and improve the abilities of the developer community.

You know, out of all the admins that ever wanted to purchase any script or service from me, it was just Mohammed who felt like it was too expensive, as if his fake denial of service crap was cheap, and yes, he ended up buying nothing, because he said he can code those scripts on his own.

I haven't seen anyone sell any script or service for a ridiculously high price. It is up to them what price their work will go for and nobody has any right to make objections about it.

Those scripts are meant to make a server better than others, so consider it an investment. If you can't make an investment, well, your server is gonna be too generic, and that's something players are sick of. If you don't believe in the power of an investment, you should probably read again stories about parents who sacrificed a lot just so their children can have a good education. It all pays back at some point if done properly.

Those scripts you're talking about, whoever has them has either bought them from me, JuuF or any other seller out there (I don't know that many), or got them from someone who acquired them from me or JuuF or anyone else who can code something like this, or wrote them themselves.

No sane person who paid for a script is going to release it for free. The recently leaked scripts of mine are now public thanks to a stupid mistake made by a stupid individual, and ferrox1 played the role of Robin Hood, by uploading them here.

A lot of people were wondering why I stopped doing custom work for servers when four of my scripts were leaked. It's the fact that people are reckless with someone else's work. It's the fact that those who have them without having paid a penny or without even knowing who wrote those scripts treat them as open source material, as if they magically appeared out of nothing or as if ferrox1 wrote them. It's the lack of respect that pisses a developer off more than anything.

I've read thousands of posts from this section, posts as old as 2009 (I joined in 2012), and I've always seen people who want freebies and would never share anything with others. I've always seen people ungrateful for the freebies they got. That reminds me of Brick Top's quote from Snatch (2000) - "If I throw a dog a bone, I don't want to know if it tastes good or not." In this case, the dogs should simply express their gratitude for what they get (the bone tastes good).

If you think I'm wrong, ask yourself this. Where's EarthCrush ? Where's ShaiyaOmega ? Where's ZeroSignal ? Where's lilprohacker ? There's more names to add here, not just these. That's people thanks to whom private servers exist and can be modded to a certain extent.

I don't even know who exactly leaked the server files that got us all started, but that person, whoever it is, deserves a massive thank you.

Bottom line, I exaggerated a bit with the image above. The truth is we have castor4878 and sominus who're still sharing their discoveries on elitepvpers. Sometimes I would just read castor's posts and wonder why the hell he's wasting time here. His potential is extremely vast. If people only thought about that at least for a second every time they run Shaiya Studio, but you can barely see anyone who gives a fuck or two.

I do encourage everyone to try reverse engineering. It's a truly wonderful area of a private server's development, which unlocks unimaginable possibilities. It does require a certain level of assembly language comprehension, but it's really not as hard as some people try to make it look.

However, I do not encourage stealing someone else's work and sharing it publicly or worse, selling it.

Wow.. just wow.. You people are amazing.. You guys dont give any **** about our time and knowledge? I spent alot of time on those scripts and alot time on trying to learn new stuff. So you just want to steal my scripts to 'have' a better server? Do you think that would be fair?

Really? You think you could improve your abilities by stealing someone's work? Do you even think you could understand any single word of those scripts without any knowledge? I'm always open to share my knowledge with people those deserve a helping hand but not to 90% of the 'Devs' in shaiya community.

If you cant afford to buy, better to not own a private server since it costs ALOT more than buying our scripts.

I have to say, what these 2 are saying is 100% correct. Learn Assembly / Reversing yourself, it is hugely rewarding, even if it can be difficult as F when you get started. It's not too hard to get the basics, and once you know certain basic aspects, you'll notice how "simple" some of the larger scripts/developments people have released to us already actually are.
I have had no direct contact with Nubness, but he has helped with comments on here, and when you ask with some form of intelligence, you get an intelligent answer back from him. He (even though no longer working actively in ShDevelopment) Is still a huge help to this day. (Along with Castor and Sominus who help on a daily basis and put in so much effort for all of us)

And as for Juuf, i have them on Skype, and as they say they really are willing to lend assistance and point you in the right direction, IF you are willing to show you are actually trying to work at it yourself and not just digging for the direct easy answer that they put in hard hours of work to attain.

I just want to say a BIG thank you to both Nubness & Juuf, along with Castor & Sominus and everyone else who is still helping out around here for those of us who are still trying to learn and understand what they have already learnt. Without you, this section wouldn't be what it is today, and we would have even more spams from people who shall not be named but are a certain US state named in the wizard of oz.

And as a final note to this essay from me. Please don't steal/spread stolen releases. It doesn't help the community, it just spreads even more confusion and annoys everyone with even more stupid questions when people who don't know the scripts claim to be the ones releasing the scripts. We all know who those individuals are.

I wouldn't add me to the list since I just share 'small findings', wishing that ppl who knows better than me, will use that to make something useful.
On the other hand, Castor is a real coder, who knows C++ wich is the top. Some ppl have no clue of the amount of time castor must have invested in coding SStudio. I've seen some post 'demanding' him to release 'the next version' lol, thats insane.

I've always been more focused in graphics, because that was my interest since I was a kid. But I won't deny that coding, debuging, making CE scripts, complex SQL scripts, are things way more complex than graphics. Debuging the ps_game or game.exe, takes a lot more time and knowledge than testing how to attach a wing to an armor.

I couldn't agree more with everything aforementioned, except the tantrums that were and usually are unnecessary. I know that one's dedicated time and effort should be rewarded.
I'd like to give an example taken out of my own experience. I'm a singer and composer, and my case is even more painful, because everyone wants to download for free every single workmanship of mine, every single workmanship that contains my time, my soul and dedication. I'd like to ask you, the commenters above, aren't you, peeps, downloading MP3s for free, too? I'm sure you do.
So, you want a fair (ideal) world where every work should be paid. Well, get back to the reality, our world is not that perfect. Moreover, helping a fellow helps the community and the entire field that you're working on, which automatically raises your chances to enlarge your business. In other words, when Shaiya disappears completely, your work, actually, will be gone too, so better think about the general mission first ( keeping Shaiya alive ) then for the personal profits. (That's my idea and opinion).

There is no such mission, all of this is nothing but "one offered > one enjoyed > more enjoyed > leak > pservers". As long as there will be idiots like us, loving this old-school thing, there is going to be someone making pservers, tweaks and whatnots.
Improve abilities of developer community... How exactly sharing a completed work, does that? Protip: Tools, methods, ideas, knowledge and spent time does that. I'm open to share my knowledge to some extent, but not spoon-feeding every 14yo who wants to make a server on his mom's laptop.
