[Ideas]For a new server!

Just a hint:
-Don't make it too easy.
-Don't make 'all free from npc'.
-Don't let players tell you 'how things should be'.
-From time to time, make them feel like they rule (even if you know they don't).

If you don't follow those rules, you'll get lots of players, sure. But... will they all stay for years?

Some suggestions for a long lasting server:

1) Everything should be farmable
2) Don't make it to easy
3) Donation should only give players the chance to get things quicker and should not make a donater any more powerful than someone who has worked on their toon.

4) Don't over do it with customisations
5) I'd suggest starting as EP4 however with the aim to eventually evolve to EP 5 then 6. This allows a continuous flow of new content for the players which will keep people interested.

1)Make an professional server. With team that have much experience.
2)Profissional Website.
3)Different Gears and Weaps.
4)Many Events
5)Everything farmarable
6)GM Reroll only with better chance to get the stats (farmarable in Oblivion Insula. 1 hour per day open. Different times: 9pm,3am for example. Dont Easy to farm)
7)No GM Link
8)Speed Enchant
9)Speed Reconstruktion
10)Free Items only for help hit bosses and Mobs. ( 30 day items, Startergears.......... Or Easy drop )Map 1
11)Small exp rate ( for example x4 )
12)Language ( Full english )
13)Custom Bootleggery
14)New Maps for PVP
15)Transaction in Bootleggery for both factions.
16)All Character get kills together.
17)Make your own Gear and Weap design.
18)Server without bugs
19)Easy hit Mobs for leveling and farming. So that you dont need to link.
20)DP Coins from bosses ( Dont Easy to farm) and dp per minute
21)No Expensive Item Mall.
22)100% linking Chance
23)Enchant Chance like Official server. Shaiya OS

Easy Drops and hard leveling at the Mobs. ( Make the Mobs easy so that you dont need to link your gear and farm. It will be the first server with that Features)

I know its hard but many players are looking for this kind of servers.

Normal Ep5 server with a couple edits with exp, drops and maybe a few gear changes but same stats would be quiet fun

Ep 4-4.5 server. I think alot of people are tired of seeing ep5 servers. Make the exp rate around 250-500x so it doesnt take forever to level up. The Drop rate should be med-high nobody wants to farm all day without having any pvp action. Make pvp events at least 3 days a week so players stay interested. Make AP farmable but rare drop like 5%. NEVER EVER make donation items more powerful then normal players items. Yes they are donating to "support the server" but if you dont have enough money to run a server, please do us all a favor and don't. i got a lot more suggestions but again you cant make everyone happy, so these are just my suggestion. Absolutely NO ENCHANTS/ABSORB/ORANGE STATs/DEBUFF or LAPIS OVER lv6.
