how to make autoupdate for private server

hello everyone,
I will ask if anyone know how make autoupdate for a private server, I mean a way to let users update client with all editing i do on server without download all time a client, exemple if i edit Item.SData and items.dbo , or insert edited textures exist a way to let user download it when they launch game.exe ?

I realized that the client does not update the server database either, i.e. when I do something with my toon, and got to the database to check, it does not update. I don't know how often the communication goes between client and server but it's not realtime. Anyone know to config that?

when you do something you must press refresh on main database or close and reopen SQL manager
