[Help]The Game won't go ">"

Hello,i know that this question was asked couple hundread of times,every time with maybe same answer,but since my logs may be actually different or atleas,because of the reason that i didn't know where exactly to ask that,decided to make that post,hope i haven't got into the wrong section v.v`,anyway here's my problem:
Actually decided to get an oldschool ep3 server in test,just 4fun ,and from one to the other succeded in installing sql then,i went to the db problems,that always gave me headaches,so,managed to do everything fine,except for one little thing,the ''GAME" from Gamegroups1,as you know,and as the title says,it won't keep on runing,it's being put on "II" as soon as i try to start it,i belive it's a maybe database mistake somewhere around,but as i`m still a newbie i got no clue where to find the problem,here's a photo with the processes running,all but game -.-'' >>
