Edit item pop out?

Hello, is there any way to edit the pop out for any/all items?
The thingy that pops out when you hoover the pointer above any item, as in:

-make it a circle;

-change the background color or make it transparent;

-rearrange stat order;

-make it appear in a corner of the screen regardless of pointer position;

You can:

• Make it a circle
• Make it transparent
• Rearrange stat order
• Make it appear in a corner of the screen regardless of pointer position

You cannot:

Yeah, the question should've, actually, been "How?" .. my bad, so.. how?

Actually, if I think better, you can make it appear in the corner of a screen too, so my bad as well

• Making it a circle - Look for the .tga file responsible for that in Data\interface
• Making it transparent - The same file
• Rearranging stat order - game.exe reversing, I could do it for you if you accomplish the first two, because I'm too lazy to check all interface files that might be somehow related to the item on hover.
• Making it appear in the corner of the screen regardless of pointer position - again game.exe reversing, I could try to do that as well, can't promise anything though.

There are a lot of images (.tga) checking...
In the meantime, how can I change item stats? I know I saw a post about 1 year ago..

What exactly do you mean why changing item stats ? Please be more specific, there's more possible meanings to this.

Well, stats are stored in Item.SData(client) and PS_GameDefs.dbo.Items(server).
