There is a "problem" with those Queries i run this Querie and then the others . It works for me , also change the SkillLevel to 70 from both Queries
EP5 Skills.SQL and EP5 Skills SP Update.SQL . When you run all 3 .SQL Files Start Service , use cheat engine and execute the skills.CEA
