How to replace your Game.exe by simple update!

- Hey i have been woundering on how to replace your Game.exe in a way of patch like so once you update your updater.exe it replaces with a new game.exe and that new one is used by everyone, please let me know if you have a way to do this looking forward for the replies thank you

1.Install Winrar if u Don´t have it.
2. Make an Rightclick on your game.exe
3.Packt it to ps0001.patch ( or your patch numer)

Exactly what i tried and did and after the update runs this error shows up;

You tried a other updater,i have the same problem atm. but i don't update any game.exe :/

You have to "zip" it and rename to ps0001.patch not "rar".

Hey i figured out the error, you know when you zip it? there's settings they has to be set to the normal ones all i did to fix this was those simple steps:

1- - Download it
2- Right click on Game.exe
3- Add to Archive
4 - Choose Zip format
5- Change name to ps0000.patch (replace 0000 with the update number you'r on)

of course it is winrar but if you just search for a winrar download on google u'll get around 200 options so good luck google isn't a small place you know ^^ better give them a direct link some people doesn't even know what google is lol..

I use 7zip and do exactly like the tutorial says (i don't have the link, diden't take it but it's the one that is on development index).
Just zip your game.exe then rename the zipped file PS00XX.patch (XX is the patch number) then it should work.
For a new updater.exe it's not the same way, but it's not the point of this thread i think

Yeah 7-zip works too but if you have installed it with current information different than what should use, so sometimes it's broken

prefer fresh stuff ya know
