How to autocast skills(backround shaiya)

Okay, so, my friend has a warrior and an orc, he wants the orc to cast heals while he is killing with his warrior or something, so, i thought i'd create a hotkeynet macro for him, which would Send key 1 when he presses Q, and Send key 2 when he presses E. But, when he tries to use it, nothing happens.
So, i thought if anyone knows a program for it, or knows if it is possible to send key(s) to a backround Shaiya(as in, while he is playing the warrior, and presses Q, it sends key 1 to the backround shaiya)?

In Windows Vista and beyond, non-active windows do not accept input from the keyboard buffer. Inorder to do such a thing would require a modified windows dll linked into the win32k.sys for 32 bit version or win64k.sys in 64 bit windows.
