Problem when trying to connect to game server!

Hello
I have been facing a problem while trying to log on to the server. ( i am a player not a developer). When I enter the user-id and password, i am able to log in. But as soon as I select the server and click "ok" I get disconnected. Any help would be really appreciated.

P.S: I did read the other thread where a similar problem is discussed, but the solutions given there were respect to developer's point of view.

You, as a player, can't do much to help, as this is an issue in the configuration of the server directly. The administrators must be the ones asking for help with this, as the fix lays in the server directly, something you won't have access to.

me as a hopefully future Dev/ADM have the same problem when connecting to game server how can I fix this? I already read some threads about making sure gamewar is uninstalled (yes it is), make sure if Client matches DB ep (I am using the client and Game.exe that TeddyBear released few days ago and I am using nepheren's DB). So I guess there is a fix for this because both release are a bit new.

It is needed to see the logs to actually know what is causing the disconnection, without logs we can't help

The thing is, I am able to connect to the server from another network i.e wifi hot-spot from phone. And since yesterday, I disconnect as soon as i click on the "Start" button on the updater. Is there anything in particular they can do? I can speak to them about it.

They need to post the logs that are showing the error that is causing the disconnection

Sorry for asking really stupid questions, i dont have much idea about the Developer side stuff. But this is happening only to me on the server, everyone else can play. So are there any different kinds of logs? or should I just ask for my account when the DC happens?

If it is just you, redownload and update your client, and ask them to check on your account on the database

I re-installed the game, updated it again, reset my router, they checked my logs, did everything possible that can be thought of. That is why I made a post here coz its too **** weird. And guess what, i downloaded client for another server and still getting same problem.
