How to open format wld?

Wld like to open format and move it some objects on the map?
Or if someone has a file wld World Cup with a curtain in the desert please share.

there isnt a program, to edit stuff like that, known yet. (atleast for shaiya wld files for other games there is ofc)
Nexon are keeping the converting programs secret.

As far as I know, Shaiya Studio 0.7.5 had the ability to modify .wld files but castor never released it and he probably doesn't intend to do so.

he planned doijng this for his 0.7.5 release but he never finished it thats why he didnt released it either.
