Hello
try a relog befor test the effect. Everytime you change your statts with /set you need a relog for full effekt.

Anything over a certain amount of Dex jacks up the stat. I'm not sure on the exact number but it seems that once you go over like 1500 Dex the stat becomes useless. Same goes for Rec, and Luc. Basically the only stats that benefit from crazy high numbers is Str, Wis, and Int.
If you want those stats to work on your server you need to try to find a way to keep the stats within limits that they will actually work in.

He explained everything to you there and you still went on to say what he already told you not to do.
You can't have Dex working over certain values (around 1300) it's hardcoded into the game somewhere and anything over that value makes no difference. 10,000 Dex is equal to around 1,300 Dex.
If you want it to work properly, drop the Dex lapis values from your crazy 300 per lapis or whatever they must be and set them more like official. If your Dex classes (Archer/Hunter/Ranger/Assassin) are hitting over 1,000 Dex, with perfect Luc etc, then you are giving them too much Dex to play with.
BIG numbers don't make your server superior to any other server, just gives you silly problems like this and makes people laugh at you.

Just 9/8/7 ?? And you call that normal ??? Why not Lapis Lv1300 ????
Everyone here is QQing about new episodes and overpowered stuff and there you go, they actually make that.

Think of a lv9 Dex lapis being linked to armors, most classes could get 5 of those into their armor, making a total of 500 Dex before you even get started. Add the usual acc lapis stats + helmet lapis + orange (armor / wep) bonus stats. You're at about 700 - 900 Dex for a Fighter class.
These Lapis aren't "normal" they are your custom, crazy high stat boosted ****. What is the harm in halving those stats so 9's give 50, etc? As I said, the reason you get these problems, are because you are offering your players too high values to play with, cut those down, and receive less problems.

With GM loop your Dex = around 30k EVERY bit of that after around 1300Dex is useless though. Your players may just miss you because they don't have enough to compete with that 1300 value, Dreameh.
People should look into these things themselves and think "hmm, I wonder WHY Dex has no effect at this amount, what logical thing could I do to fix this issue?" Instead of posting here saying "wtf is wrong, something doesn't work, fix it for me".
