Cant connect to server

Hey! me and my friend made a shaiya server, we got everything set up, i can login, my friend can login, he can connect to the server, but i cant :/ "Failed to connect to server!!" but when my friend select his character and press play, he get connection error, what is the problem? (BTW its on my friends pc we have the server, hes the one who can get to char selection screen) did we forget to setup any IP's? Thanks <3

Put your IP in all .ini files

Where in every ini files? ive put it in the game.ini already, dont know where the ip should be in the other ini files :P
