I changed it last night. I re-installed the php scripts and it still doesn't work. Now it's

afwhome.org/mine

Instead of a connect error (which makes sense because the database info is correct) the scripts just don't function. It's just a blank page.

The first thing you should do is learn Apache/Network..

Fixed the problems and added the files to a .htacess directory. I know plenty about Apache and my Network. Thanks anyways.
