Autocad and 3dc

Hello people!
Today i'm gonna show you how to edit 3ds files with autocad to make your own stuff 300% custom!

Lawl! I would like it! I'm downloading it right now...Do someone know if this work?Will i be able to "remodel" my gears with autocad?Did someone made it ?

mostly it wont work no1 did found till now a real way how to modify 3dc files :/ it mostly curses ur client to dc

Sorry TB i was talking bout 3dc files.Edited the Title.

I saw some programms which open 3dc files are not able to open the 3dc shaiya files...So probably these crashed may be given by the wrong format..I mean..Yeah 3dc is 3dc..But i'm sure there are many kind of 3dcs.
Let's see what will happen!
If a nub like me will be able to edit this stuff..HE will let yall know! :P

i meant 3dc aswell xD and thanks for letting us know if u got it working :P but till now it mostly just crashed the client

Well my problem is i can't find a converter...
I mean..I got my 3dc file i converted it to another format...I opened it with autocad..I made my edits..But now i can't convert back to 3dc >.<
I installed a huge list of programs..Most of all virus.
I heard that they are compressed files!?!?So i found a program wich can compress a lot of files in 3dc but ...but it cost 450$ and looks like the trial period dont' work..But i'm not gonna give up :\ i have my file and i want to see it in my shaiya! I'll find a programm which will convert my file

This should work, v4.80, although you'll need to find the full version of it {which i assure you is out there } have used it to successfully convert 3dc/3do in the past but some other snags came up with the editors i was using at the time. May have to play with autocad a bit. Let us know what you find, even after converting back your 3dc may crash your client (not all 3dc is the same)

Hun i alredy use this program but the problem is that after i change the format to autocad dxf, i can't reconvert the dxf to 3dc...This program don't have 3dc format...It can open them but can't convert to 3dc.
