A little help

I have a little issue, im setting up the registration. I have set it up correctly. Can register an account just fine. But no one else can. I know it's something really simple, just can't figure out what. I have it set up to where i type in localhost/register.php. and i dunno how to get it to work off the db ip.

or you can get a web host for your website, and set it up there so that they will have something like

look in your www/registration folder theres a file named db.config , open it then look somewhere its asking your IP you might want to your IP in it instead of localhost / 127.0.0.1
