Looking for low rate

Hello i did a tour in Epvp and in Online thread to look for a low rate server..
The only one i found is Shaiya Classic but i didn't liked it.
Item mall don't work and you can't get AP..Yeah if u ask a gm probably will help you with ress runes but what if a gm is not online?People in it don't even like to help..So you have to do your *** alone on a 3x .
I really love low rate servers from 2 to 10x but i can't find one..And if exist, the item mall is not like it should be (mostly free)..
If anyone know a low rate from ep3 to ep 4.5 online can pls pm me?

I haven't seen any either. Sorry, mine is 70x and 140x in weekends, EP5/custom, but got working Item Mall and etc. It will launch kinda like tomorrow. It will be on Comodo, but we will try to get a host as fast as possible. And don't worry, Comodo Unite is way better than Hamachi.

Its wrong information, that works, u can use the mall and ap.

shaiya-classic is a good server.
