If you don't give actual details on what is it exactly that you are needing, no one will reply to you, so please provide detailed information about what "issues" you are having to have the need for a developer, even though you are looking for some "long term developer" everyone needs to know exactly what are they going to face.

I understand your post and your right. However I would like to just see who is interested on
a few hours or so a week possibly a little more for someone Honest and who has a little need for either some extra money or because they just love a challenge.
I would prefer people to just pm me and we can chat.
Bugs from drops to Security to improving the overall feel for the game.

Yes and this is the issue :P.... Hopefully someone that has a good name in the Shaiya community. I am sure there are a few.
