Reverse Engineering an items.sdata

Ok, so my items.sdata has decided to pretty much erase all my custom work. My databases still have all the items that i need. So my question is, is there a way to fashion an items.sdata from the database files.

I've wondered the same about the database files. If there was a way to "copy" an edited items.sdata and "paste" it to the items database file.

Well the easiest way for a copy and paste like that is using Castor's sh Studio, it will export a nice sql script to run and take care of the database file. Im in the exact opposite position, I need to take the items table from the db and turn it into an sdata...or redo all my work; one or the other
