Updater woes

ok guys i need help....

my updater worked .... then i uploaded a new version of my client so ppl didnt have tons of updates now when we run the updater we get an error



i have remade the updater and still same issue

PLz plz help a nub <3

Firstly Check : Wamp Server.

Second Check : Patch File.

i dont use wamp
and patch seems fine just seems to be an issue with the newer client

Thanks to snuggle is fixed had to change UPDATE_START to UPDATE_END in version ini incase anyone else get this problem
