Can't start services

Hi all.I have problem i click Start Server he start for 2-3 sec and again back to pause and i don't know how to i fix please help me TY !

I have just answered the same question about 3 minutes ago, I am going to repeat it for you.
The Services going back to Pause means that the Services cannot connect to the Database. Look up for Abrasives Topic about Server Patch Config to fix your problems.
