[HELP] How can i edit the gears look ?

Iv Been seeing alot of ppl playin some server BUT they edit their gears look and colors inside the server and they play with them , no stats or whatever just the look for examply a guy sent me SS about his gears in a ep4 server , he had deamy set LOL , if there's a way to do it could u share it here ?

I believe that if you want to change the looks you need to code it, But if you want other colors on the gear its easy to recolor.
