Where to start from?

Hey, guys. I am willing to start develop a shaiya server, just because I'm bored and I want to learn something new, shaiya server developing sounds interesting.
Ok, where to start from? Is there any completed guide on how to start from 0 and reach to Apolune. I don't care about what EP will be, just prefer something easier, for beginners.

I got an issue. One of my drives is D:\ and I cannot create a subst. drive with that letter.
How to solve this obstacle?

Virtual disk creation is not a necessary any more. Technically it never was, but it was figured out how to fix awhile back.

All you should have to do is edit the install for whatever drive you want. On the other hand, you could just change the drive letter of your D drive so it is available for use.

Yet I wouldn't say to start directly on the development of the Shaiya game, as it requires you to know, at least:

• SQL
• HxD
• OllyDBG

Plus you need to know, or know someone who knows:

• Photoshop

Then, after knowing at least the basics, you can go and start with the server itself.
