when I picked up an item in Shaiya, if my internet connection with the fall I lose all the items that caught

SRO_VT_SHARD works but there no chars name
and SRO_VT_SHARDLOG too
do i restore it by wrong way
or there something i should do
or i backup it wrong but i dont think so all backup by same way
