Diff of darkie and Lighty

well i have tried searching but not 100% how to get posts about this..

there is a big diff in darkie and lighty HP and stats. how do you change that?

like lvl 80 darkie (warrior) have:

HP 6631 Str 95 Rec 11 INT 8 WIS 7 DEX 12 LUC 11
this is lighty (fighter):

HP 6064 STR 93 REC 9 INT 8 WIS 7 DEX 12 LUC 15

naked lvl 80. i don't care why it's like this but how can i make it the same?

where is the change and what to change please?

To be honest I have never tried to even check where this is located, might even be on the game engine itself, as this is to stick to the Shaiya Creation history in which Fury and Light have differences that if they use correctly they can take advantage on to defeat the opposite faction
