NPCQuest issue

OK ladies and gents another nubby question from Tinkerbell(I'm a fairy this stuff is tough)

I have searched and searched and every post i read says when the NPC doesnt work as it should it is because the one in the client and the one in the server do not match. So I moved a copy of my decrypted one from my client to PSM_Client/Bin/Data(as specified). I then restarted my Server for it to take effect and PS_Game won't start.
This is how my 2 NPCQuests Look

When i checked the logs i Got a similar message to this in PS_Game:-

No Reply was given in relation to this problem.

Replacing the NPCQuest with the original one fixed the PS_Game issue but obviously reverting to that on does not fix my Gate Keeper issue Nor will it fix any of the NPC issues.

Anyone have any ideas on the issue? Thanks in advance!

You extracted the sdata from your client, placed it somewhere (like your desktop) then opted lilprohacker's data file tool to decrypt it via the File menu? Try decrypting it until it gives a file header error, then placing it in PSM_Client/Bin/Data

ps_game.exe will usually through out errors on start up if it can't read that file.

I keep a Decrypted copy of Data.Sah in a folder of its own. I put a copy of the NPCQuest from there into a separate folder and tried to decrypt again......
I got this Message

i then attempted to put that NPCQuest into the SHAIYA_SERVER/PSM_Client/Bin/Data I restarted my Server and again PS_Game starts but then goes back to pause.

The error says it can't find the file which contains the functions to encrypt/decrypt (I assume) files. Make sure those are with the tool.

Ok there is 2 parts to where I need help so let me try and explain this as clearly as I can so that someone can understand and hopefully come up with a solution. I have been trying to create an NPC of my own, and I have followed tutorials to the exact steps, and every time I make it and throw in my patch the NPC is always a cow *Note* that was editing it via in CSV format using a Open Office Table. Now I have even tried to modify an existing NPC through Hex (including the name, items, etc)...
NpcSkills.SData and NpcQuest.SData question
08/23/2010 - Shaiya Private Server - 1 Replies
Time to time thinking about that, best releases by lipro had decrypted files and has new decrypted Sacra map mobs and boses but NpcQuest.SData and NpcSkill.SData are old files without New Sacra update, so Sacra NPC angel around portal is Cow and quests with Sacra are unable and all Sacra mobs cant use skills and cant attack so in game are bad effect if try to kill Sacra mobs - mobs use stup debuff and laggy toon and mobs etc. Anyone have decrypted this both files, or way to fix it? Thanks!
