Does AnyBody Know If It Is Possible to give a shield a enchantment glowing effect??

Somewhere around here, one of our more artistic users explained how to give things glow/change glow, It wasn't a release it was posted on a question thread...but you will have to do some major arciving to find it..

You are not looking right, I did a simple search with the search function and I got it, it is not that we don't want to help, is just unnecessary to ask things that are already answered, if you go on Search > Advanced Search you will have many options there, use that as it is there for everyone to use it and avoid asking for things that are already answered on other threads.
