try looking in your data.sah makeshure the 69 gear is there visyaly with corect dds and 3do also if 70 gear is wearabel in your database then the 70 gear is eather un add'ed in your item.sdata or is not set for the level /class acuretly.. as you stated you replaced the sah and saf witch would also replace such files as i have mentioned causeing huge conflict and mix up between server side files such as the database and npcquest.sdata directly on the server side files itself. and the newly inserted sah/saf files ( sdatass 3do's,wld's ,mon's, preatymuch everything visyaly could be messed up unless you go thrue and vearafy everything matches. )
