I'm also confused about the requirements to be honest; and I have to agree with Space's latest post, totally right on almost everything, yet you can't say that "not anyone can be a Dev" as everyone can become a Dev, it just takes time and effort

Well, make sure to be careful about whoever you pick, you could end up with someone that knows nothing and ruins the server.
