a little help plzz

ok so i am atempting to change /add new mounts (same ani files but new dds ) dose any1 know how to edit the MOD file were i can add the new textuers to the MON and make the mount read the file ingame?? i atempted to add a new mount via shstudieos but i am unabel to add the texture portion of it.so any help on a way to do this will be greatly apresheated
