You need to go into your php.ini and uncomment both libraries "extension=php_mssql.dll and extension=php_pdo_mssql.dll"

By uncomment it means that they have a ; at the begining, just delete it and save your .ini file, restart your service and then you won't get that problem again

Go to your wamp/xamp folder, and then simply use a "Search" in there for a file named php.ini

Delete the ; from those two lines I posted, then RESTART your services...
