You can use LPH's tool to extract Cash.SData from your data.saf then use Cash Studio to edit the item mall (both programs can be found here on epvpers). Make sure to import your Cash.SData back in to you data.saf AND you need to change it in the DB as well its found under PS_GameDefs>dbo.ProductList. Alternativley you can use ZeroSignal's .csv shaiya edit tool also found here on epvpers. This will import the sdata file into a csv document (you will need excel/open office for this) edit the item malll as you see fit and export i back out as an sdata file and also export it as an SQL file...run the SQL Query in your DB and your done.
