ok i was making a reg page for my ps and i followed videos and tuts and i still cant get it on website i edited the files and everything Q.Q any help? ty

One crucial, very important bit of help.. Learn what you are doing!
If after following all the guides you couldnt work it out.. Learn what you will actually use to get a Reg page working (PHP, SQL and a bit of CSS)
Go forth and google to your hearts content.
