[Question] On Registration

ok been going through abrasive's PHP registration script and some i kinda understand then some i don't and i am not sure on apache or IIS or how to make them work or how to get them when someone has some spare time if u would add me on skype at thesyn840 if anyone would be willing to help me out with getting it working or at least explain the process cause ain't found a tut or video tut on it or if i missed 1 could ya point me in the right direction any help would be greatly thanked cause i know it will take some time but if anyone is ever feeling bored hit me up
