Problems with registration

i try to put abrasive`s registration files, and i fail...
it keeps showing me: You must have the php_mssql library for Apache installed and enabled to connect to an MSSQL database. Uncomment the line that says extension=php_mssql.dll in your php.ini (XAMPP/WAMP only). This requires a restart of the Apache service to take effect.

and i dont know what to do, since my php knowledge is a bit limited

This exact same issue has been adressed in other threads, with the respective answer to it.

Use the search before asking about something because almost every issue has been asked about and gotten an answer to fix it, plus this section is just for releases
