From the looks of it, I would say it could not connect the the DB..

Check your LOG´s and change too your SQL

Ok well i found the fix for this error , its quite stupid what i did to even get this error but the fix is :

when your doing the install.bat file the folder that its in has to be on your C: Drive folder , what i did was
i made a folder and placed that folder with the install.bat inside that one but i figured out that it has to make the directories itself.

so there you go if your getting the same error posted above this is how to fix it.
