im okay for the feedback but the topic is taking a wrong turn...the topic was moved to shaiya private server (not advertisement anymore)

please stop with the back and forth and just wait for the actual release thread. for now like a mod changed the topic name to..is discussion. i do not want this topic to turn in a arguement thread like the last one

or i will ask a mod to close the thread and whithin 24 hours of release which will contain drops. custom stuff etc. for now this is more of a discussion so if you want to ask anything about thew server please feel to do so and i will respond back as soon as i can.

Kaos Games, as you can see from very clear description in teaser is going to be the 'host' of the Dimension server, plus whatever other game is in its future. If you have read the first post, we have given information on the server. But that is only information we will be sharing until day before release. This is what i have told to everyone that has asked me, and what i will continue to say, until that day.

What i can say is, server was purchased and we have been testing new dungeons, plus the working quests that run them. There is much more to test that i cannot disclose here, we wish it to be a surprise to our members, and dont want to spoil it.

We have a passion for this game, the same as any shaiya player. If we did not have the passion, why would we even go as far as we have. All you are saying is purely speculation, because you grow impatient like so many others. I understand. Soon we will have drop lists available, plus we will show custom drop pools.. Nothing too special.

But one thing i can say is we will do our best to bring back excitment that shaiya once had before ep 5. Best is all we can do

We have the right to post updates at our own digression, and they will come... in time. In the meantime we want to keep you excited by throwing bits and pieces and keeping the name alive. Which in turn is what advertising is all about. Nothing more to say on the matter. Thanks for your thoughts and opinions. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day

o.o Snuggie didn't attack DG, he stated his opinion in a resonable maner..which is allowed on Epvpers, once it turns into a insult or a attack, it is harrasment, and that is NOT allowed.

Also, I don't know if what you ment is you are editing it so much it's, its own game, but no matter how much you edit shaiya, it's still shaiya, even if you re did every gear, every skill, every mob, every quest, still shaiya as it uses Shaiya code..

I personally won't play this server because I have a server xD
What I'm trying to say is I'm thinking of this from a potential players point of view. If I was to get "updates" like this after waiting awhile I would be let down because it gives no info what so ever to as what your server will be about. :/
It's not a tease as in something I go "oooo that's interesting"
It's something I look at and go
"Seen it so many times. I would like something that shows how you plan to attract me as a player"
Like Bane said I'm simply voicing my opinion here.

agreed, was pointing more to..just incase. i personally welcome feedback.. personally i kinda agree with snuggles. im not saying it as insults it was incase someone decide to go against his opinion etc etc..like happen on a lot of threads. and i think was saomi was saying is we are trying to go unique..but no way can we change shaiya to something else. cuz like u said, its choi rocks code. i apologize if anything i said was written out wrong. i try x_x

Well, the only suggestion i will make in here, don't waste your time "teasing" anymore, you have done that for a long time now, next time you release something, release the server, nothing else, because i am sure that a lot of those players who were waiting for the server (including myself in that group) got dissapointed with the fake "the server will be released [date]" and that day "oh no, its almost done but not being released yet" (if you didn't get it, those are not the actual words, its what it showed)

Not attacking anyone nor looking for a discussion (because believe me, i wont post in this thread anymore, so don't try to attack me because of the post -not pointing at anyone specific- because i wont reply) just giving you a little suggestion which you can either use or discard.

technically we never gave a date just incase something happens. right now things are going as planned. and the first video was just words and will be removing soon cuz theres no point to it tbh. all i said was "info will be released 24 hours b4 the release...but we never mentioned a date. the reason why the post was made because about the server was released before time so we had no choice, and we didnt want people to create a fake one so it was more of a placeholder overall. my thanks to Bane though for making this into a discussion instead. my hole point in generald was we never gave a date what so ever.

anyways like i said.. any questions please ask and i will respond back ^_^

Exp rate:100 / 125x on weekends
60 only zones (CTI, Jungle,DD2)
Main concerns for 1-15, 20-30, 1-70 pvp
Custom items and Quests
Soccer Arena
Drops TBA
31-60 GRB is now 31-70 (mobs beefed up)

if you read it correctly...it says that is the temp website..and the actual one will be done in 2 weeks...never said the server will be released. had nothing to do with the server itself...just the website

and to the quote towards my post...i said when the website is released to the public.

I will agree, that the lack of punctuation makes the posts difficult to interpret "correctly."
However, that is still quite incorrect and misleading information.

small progress update: forums 98% done. main website on the way
quests are now being redone and custom drops being added along with a remake of whats in the ingame item mall
