Is the server ever going to open?

Alright guys,
we are currently doing a small beta testing and having a few host issues (nothing bad)
But don't worry we will be up as soon as we can
One thing i can say is i will release an official video from inside the server to tease your mind and to assure all of you that this server will be released.

A message from Phantasy: the website members page is 99.9% done, actual shaiya site 94%. There will be a forum up shortly, eta im afraid is undertermened. there will be a new vid by wed at the latest.

Trust me, this will be somthing special for you guys/gals xD

Why are you guys wasting time building a "promotion" video?...
I mean all you guys have been talking about is that video..
Server. Video.
Two different things. Why are you spending days working on a video when you could have easily had a working server up by now?...
Makes no sense to me...

Thread was re named and moved, it does not need to be in the add section if there is no server, and the release date keeps being changed, when you have a server in open beta, or alpha, then make a add thread.

we are making a promotion video to let people know that there is progress. and not only that it doesnt take more than 1 day to make the video. reason why the server is taking a bit longer than usual is to make sure there barely any bugs. the release is closer than you think

I just watched the video...
Can I ask how that shows any progress on the server at all?
That just simply shows what a lot of people have already.
The new Cryptic dungeon can easily be created with Castors svmap editor.
Which takes maybe 20 minutes tops?
Maybe more for finding proper coords you want to apply for mobs/bosses.
Kanos is already pre set up so there isn't any work to be done there.
Once again you guys are displaying stuff that is just a tease. (not a good one)
If you guys want to really get people to look at your server I would suggest posting a video about the unique features of your server(if there is any?)
If not don't waste time on a video at all. Personally if I was going to be looking forward to playing this server I would have been really let down by that video and moved on by now.
Also your video at the end says "The battle has just began"
Wouldn't it be begun? Sorry I'm really ODC about spelling and grammar.
(Not trying to fully troll here :P just trying to be helpful.)

I kinda agree with Snuggie, mabey you could add more info about what all you custimized, mabey show a party killing a boss, something like that, although yes the video had GREAT quality, and good directing.

I agree, vids are nice & all but it kinda displays to us that your confused about what we really want.....server info. Like Bane said, if your into the video thing at least make a vid of ppl on the server.
Don't take it the wrong way, I'm excited for it to open but why advertise when nothing is ready?

Nothing wrong with a good tease, in fact it makes those hungry for it.. hungrier is that not the point? The teaser was not for private server, it was for a company that will boast more than one game in the future dimension is only the beginning.

What can i say, shaiya is old game with alot of added content. We have only made content in our own vision. Based of perspective and opinions of members all across shaiya gameplay..they have been our inspiration. No matter, you have your opinions and we know the facts.

When it does come and it will, very soon. I hope you all enjoy the server as much as i have enjoyed working with these people that make this server what it is. You might ask what is it? Nothing yet, but with players like we will have i think it will become something great and well loved

Anyway, thanks for your opinions, good luck to you !

If so this isn't in the right section at all.

It's not fair to do to people that are wanting you to create a server for them if you first talk about it and now you aren't even posting correct videos for it..

If you have nothing to offer yet stop leading people on. If you do talk about it. Post little updates about it.

You haven't give any true info about the server other than "it's coming soon"...
