Red X's after updating

I updated my files in order to remove the error message - failed to connect to game server. after i updated my manager became filled with red X's. I have searched all over the forums and done the solutions stated but it still remains as red X's. any1 kno any different solutions?

I try to make a P-Server but I ran into a problem, I suppose to close and reopen the PSMServer_Mgr file in order to turn it's red X's to green || (Pause mark) but it just doesnt happen, anyone got an answer for me?
