Arena is? The underground arena? Just take "WarType = P" off the it, in Map.ini, then restart.

Infamy answered well. If you don't use the search, people are more likely to ignore you than help you. Most people would rather people LOOK and TRY before they ask for help. I only try to help those I've seen that have tried themselves.

To be fair, I don't think this has been asked or anything, so I'll give you that. But it was in the wrong section! Which is a no no, please read what people say in the other threads you posted in the wrong section. Instead of continually posting there and people thinking you're illiterate.
It's probably because it's such a big number. Try using a lesser number, or it'll overflow (I think) the space used to store it. if you want everyone to be lv70 after 1-2 mobs, set the EXP in your database to 1 or 0 or make a lv1 mob give enough EXP for Lv70 or have the Char creation procedure set their level to 70 upon creation. That'd be a much easier way.
