I finished all thing then ı opened game write user id :admin ,pass:admin123 but not open and says me ''Account doesn't exist''.Help me

Did you make sure to go into the database and validate that in both the OMG_Gameweb and Users_Master was an account created with the same login credentials? They both have to match in order to log in.

You need to open the SQL, then click the + by Databases and if they are all attached correctly, you will see several folders in example (OMG_Gameweb, PS_Gamelog, PS_Chatlog, PS_Gamedata, PS_Gamedefs, PS_UserMasters, etc etc) You need to open the tables in: OMG_Gameweb (If you have it) and PS_UserMasters. Then you will have an entire spread sheet with columns and rows where you will need to input the correct information that allows you to connect to the server. After editing your tables, you must hit the (Execute) Button which is a (Red Exclimation Point)

Ok if both match have you changed the Game.exe IP to your servers' IP?

Right but there is another IP you must change in order for it to be directly connected to your server
