Weapons?

I have been poking around and, I may be blind, but I cant seem to find a value defining whether a weapon is on hand or duals.

Daggers/rev sword register as duals and for my own purposes i would like them to register as a 1h (as they appear to be anyway). Has anyone ever looked into this?

The Type field of the weapon does define which kind of weapon it is.

1 1-hand light sword
2 2-hand light sword
3 1-hand dark axe
4 2-hand dark axe
5 dual sword / axe
6 spear
7 1-hand blunt
8 2-hand blunt
9 reverse sword
10 dagger
11 javelin
12 staff
13 bow
14 cross-bow
15 knuckle

so I don't understand your point.
a dagger is a dagger as soon as its type is 10, of course you can edit it to use a staff or shield or whatever shape, but it will be considered as dagger by the client (which does not imply anything btw, since you can also edit the dagger to be an archer weapon) ... so ... didn't understand your goal and question.

At the current time, daggers and reverse swords register as dual weapons, i have no idea why im assuming its something that has always been. For the goal I need to make then register as a 1h. I guess, by what your saying this is locked into the type.

Hmm, Ill try something and get back to this, having that in mind, with the wonderful power of caffiene I had a lightbulb moment
