Seems like SQL installation probably missed some installation files. Redownload SQL and install it again see if that works.

ok i have installed a shaiya privetserver spent like 1 month now editing everything it was all working perfectly was due to be released in next day or to installed apache for online regestration it all worked perfect then all a suden i get dc and try to relog back in i get a server discconect error 0 after loging in and selecting my server name and hitting ok i never make it to toon select due to this error as i said server was up and working perfect i deleated everything including my db then...

I got frustrated due to not being able to find a good spot in mrkt so was trying to find way to disconect some sellers , so found this trick!!!
All you need is 2 rb account, make lucky time by non 2 rb seller put all of your actions on if-2-3-4-5-6 and start spam it like crazy. It disconnect you and seller that was in lucky time with ya :) so u can easily get another client and take his spot :)
