Help with accounts [need help]

Hello.
I have made a little private server which runs just locally on my comp.

But i want to have two accounts running at the same time, and i dont know how to add another account.

Could anyone please tell me?
I just need two accounts, so no need to have a reg-scripts and all that.

No offence intended, when I made the video a long time ago I just thought it necessary to add "For Dummies" for some reason.
