Use desired skill, jump and use Capital/Bootleg/GWH/Arena Recall Rune at the same time

not really. Test it with EWS / Ground shock / wide shock
put one of those runes on your skill bar, whether it be capital/gh/bootleg/arena it doesnt matter.
use a skill, hit the number for the rune, jump, and move a bit. It's easy

Works with any class. Mages cant do it with their AoE cast spells since you would break the cast. Try doing it with Magic Arrow etc.

This cuts the animation of your skill. It's mostly useful on warrior/fighter or guardian/defender. You can do something like stinger up to someone, then deadly strike and skill cut so you can run through the skill. You won't be stuck waiting for the animation to finish before you can keep moving. It's really useful to use demon hushing as you're chasing someone because you can use the skill and keep running without pause. It's most noticeable on enhanced wind spin, which has a really long animation. You can cut it to nothing and run right through it if your good.

Doesen`t work !!
I used Ground shock then Bottle for 3-4 seconds jump and moved ... and did jump and move same time and still nothing !!!

I figured since the game just came out, this will be patched fast, and I will share this great exploit.
Firstly, bind an ability to your hot-bar of your choosing. Just make sure it effects your charector and is self targeting, no enemies required.
For instance, the Early Sorceror Spell: "Force Bubble". So, spam this key as often as you like. It will increase your skill of the ability being used, like "Self Alteration" for Force Bubble.
I find it best to use on the long trips in...
