You can make a macro that will automatically and constantly spam your tops, which is dumb imo and useless. If you're looking for a "hack" that can predict people's ele weaps and switch to wrong ele on it's own - it doesn't exist.
Do like you got told in previous comment, learn how to switch and start outswitching people that go on you.
