just a idea for a pvp server,i didnt thought about so much,bcz i dont play shaiya a lot,and this file already been done for a year
if every server hates skill cut,we can also disable skill cut at client side
How do i disable the skill cutting in the client?? i would like my server where everyone can move freely and walk and attack and skill and move all at the same time.
