My question is why would you ever make this, when this is what kills pvp when most people do not even have the knowledge of kiting in pvp, this is what most servers really dislike. You trying to ruin whats left of shaiya or what..
create a new bat file:and type "***.exe start game 127.0.0.1"(do not just type it as mine without any change,use your own ip and exe name)
save it as bat file,and put it on the folder same as game.exe

All that this does it Open your regular game.exe and does nothing with the file that you are giving us . all you are doing is making an alternate way to open original game.exe with no skillcutting involved.....
