As far as i know, the only thing you can actually changes is the req lvl of lapis.
So changing the lvl of the armor will show for you, but you won't be able to actually wear the lvl 70 armor on ur lvl 1 toon.

usually if it wont change, then its patched. This means your out of luck. And remember, if you change your lapis level and get caught. Most of the time its called illegal linking and becomes a ban.

i cannot get it to work, when i encrypt the file is says its succesfull but when i go to import it it says its dcrypted.

Not working, i encrypt the file "item.sdata" and when i go to import it i get a message saying file decrypted, can any1 help me please??

Start by making file name "item.SData" not "item.sdata" when extracting the file you want to decrypt it. When importing file, import the file you changed. Not the original file. When you import, it will ask if you want it encrypted, chose YES/OK. When you go to exit the program, it will ask if you want to make a patch. Chose no.

when you extract/import make sure you use data file tool, not shstudio. shstudio is just for editing.

Extract your sdata with the Data File tool, and read it with ShStudio, open the Items.sdata and go to the lapis tab.

Some servers wont have a lapis tab, un-organised ones will have a bunch of random names, it gets hard to detect which are the lapis.

Also, if the server has this fixed how will you know? Will it just not allow you to edit the lapis or open the lapis details? Or will it not allow you to see the lapis at all? cheers

1) Open the data file tool, click File > Open and then choose your client's data.sah.

2) Then, extract your Item.SData from your client.
(you will find it in the folder Item/Item.SData)

4) Select the Lapis you want to change (mine is Craft lv7) and change the min. level to 0

5) Save it, and then go back to LPH's tool and simply Import our new Item.SData.

When you followd my steps correctly you should now be able to link a Lapis lv7 into lower-level gear and use them for the 1-15 or 20-30 pvp zones.

You can also use that way to make a non-tradeable item tradeable.

Note: This only works on some pservers (btw i think there is a way to fix this).
Note2: I know this is also a guide vor developers, but I posted it into the Hacks, Cheats and Exploits section because you can play around with your client and link those Lapis in your 1-15 gear for example.
